7. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made through the Site or designated booking channels.
Payment is required in full to confirm a booking.
Payment links will be sent after booking where applicable.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or currency conversion charges.
8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for completed services, digital products, or recordings.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, notice will be provided.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, venue issues, natural events, government actions, or technical failures.
